A charming wind-up toy bird, made in Germany by Kohler GNK in the 1950s. It is complete with its key and is in working condition. When wound the bird sings joyously, turns its head from side to side, wags its tail and moves its wings. The bird is made of colourfully lithographed tinplate with plastic feet. This really is a charming, decorative piece.
