A stoneware footwarmer, made in approximately 1910 by Joseph Bourne & Son under their Denby tradename. the front is printed with the product name - 'The Bunglow Footwarmer', along with an image of a bunglow and the registration number. This example was made for export to China, probably for use by British missionaries and traders, and the back bears the retail mark for the Oriental Dispensary in Shanghai.
