A stylish pewter dish with fish shaped finial, designed by the Danish jeweller and sculptor Just Andersen in the 1930s. The fish is beautifully but simply modelled and has a definite Art Deco feel. The base bears the impressed Just Andersen mark and a serial number. This piece is in good condition with minor wear commensurate with its age, and there is an attractive aged patina to the pewter.
