A very fine telescopic surveyor's measure dating to approximately the 1920s/30s, and most likely made by W F Stanley. It has three telescopic draws that lock neatly into place when extended. It is made of nicely patinated wood, probably mahogany, with brass fittings. It features classic black and red painted graphics. It extends to a total of 14ft. It is in good original condition.
