Payments

Bank transfer is our preferred method of payment, but we also happily accept payment via PayPal, or personal cheque in £sterling or cash. Prices on our site do not include shipping, so please contact us before making payment so that we can advise you of the total amount payable including shipping. If you decide you would like to purchase an item, please contact us to let us know how you would like to pay. We will then send either a Paypal invoice, bank transfer details, or details as to to whom to make your cheque payable. If you do make payment by cheque, please be aware that items will not be shipped until your cheque has cleared. Additional details about all methods of payment can be requested via email or over the telephone. Invoices can be supplied via Email or PayPal if required. Payment via Paypal may attract a small additional charge to cover Paypal charges.

Please note, import duties and tax may be payable for import into some countries. Ginger Tom's do not charge these costs at source so you may be required to pay additional charges once your package arrives in your home country in order for you to receive your item. If you choose not to pay any additional export charges or tax payable and your package is returned to us as a result, a refund of your payment to us may not be applicable.
