We generally ship our items by Royal Mail or Parcel Force and the prices quoted for shipping reflect this. However, if you would like your item sent by courier or a different shipping method, please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate your preferences. We always dispatch promptly but if you have a deadline please let us know & we will do our utmost to ensure your order arrives in time.
All items are expertly packaged & fully insured, with tracking details supplied after dispatch. We do not assume liability for damage or loss in transit. However, we will always work with you to get a refund from the courier or postal service used wherever possible.
We ship worldwide, but if you are more local, we are always happy for you to collect in person.
If outside the UK, it is the responsibility of you as the customer to ensure that any goods ordered are allowed to be imported into your country. If an item is returned because it cannot be imported into your country, refund may no be applicable. Please contact us for details.

In the unlikely event that you change your mind about your purchase after it has been dispatched, please let us know via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of delivery of your order. Items can be returned to us for a refund of the value of the item as long as it is returned in the same condition it was when it left us. We do not refund delivery costs and you will be responsible for any expenses incurred by returning the item to us. Customers must ensure that the return shipping method used & packaging for the item are equivalent to that of the initial method used by Ginger Tom’s Curious Eclectic. The cost of any items lost or damaged in return transit will not be refunded.
We will not refund the cost of any item that has been altered by you in any way. This includes items that have been cleaned, disassembled, altered or damaged in any way by you the customer.
Any refunds will be reimbursed via the same method as the original transaction, unless this was a cash payment. In this case, refund arrangements will be agreed with the customer.
