Item Availability
Although we can usually guarantee any item/s for sale on this website are available, as we sell through a variety of different channels the removal of items listed sometimes may not have ‘caught up’ with recent trading activities. In such circumstances, we may not be able to fulfil your order, especially given that most of the items we sell are one off pieces, meaning we may not have another identical item in stock.
If this situation does arise we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible. If we do have a suitable alternative item in stock we will advise you and you will be given the choice of purchasing it instead of your initial choice.

Reserving Items
Items can be reserved by email or phone. However, if reserving items via email, customers should not assume the item has been reserved until you have received a confirmation email in reply from us. Reserving an item via email should be done by emailing info@gingertoms.co.uk
Reserving items requires customers to provide an initial non-refundable payment at 15% of advertised price. This payment should be made via any of our accepted payment methods after reserved confirmation is received. Any balance, including shipping, must be made to us within 72hrs of initial payment (unless we have agreed otherwise) or the reserved status will be removed.

All prices are shown in GBP. Contact us for conversion to other currencies.
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).

We try to ensure prices shown are correct and up to date, but in the event that an advertised price is incorrect we reserve the right to withdraw the product from sale and cancel your order, until such time that this is rectified.
Order Confirmation
Confirmation of your order will be emailed to the address provided by you as soon as possible. If you do not receive this, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at info@gingertoms.co.uk so that we can confirm your order status and ensure that your order is reserved.

If any item is unavailable, or we do not accept your order, we will advise you. If any money has been exchanged, this will be refunded as soon as possible.

Item Descriptions
Care is taken to ensure that our descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, due to the nature of the items we sell, we cannot guarantee the information we provide.
The condition of the item is as important to us as it is to you and we will advise if any specific damage or repairs are present to the best of our knowledge. This does not prevent our customers requesting further information when and wherever necessary. You should also study all photographs provided within our descriptions - these provide an important and integral part of our item descriptions.
Item Measurements
Item measurements are provided within the description pages. Whilst we endeavour to take measurements as accurately as possible these must be considered as close approximates only. Statements of size do not imply suitability for use or wear.
You as a customer should not only consider whether or not the item will fit into the location that you have in mind for it, but also whether or not there is sufficient access to this location. Please measure when necessary beforehand. If applicable, we will advise in our description if the item disassembles.
Item Photographs
Please note that we try to ensure our images are an accurate depiction of each of the items for sale. However, please be aware that we cannot account for slight discrepancies between computer equipment when displaying subtle colour changes.
