A charming push-along toy horse on wheels, made in England by Chiltern Toys in the late 1940s. The horse is firmly stuffed with straw and mounted on a metal frame with rubber tyre wheels. He has glass eyes and a Chiltern label sewn to his belly. He has been well loved and is threadbare in places with a few small holes here and there, but is still very solid. He really is a lovely decorative piece.
