A small fruit press made by E Gregoire of Caen in the eraly 20th century. It is made of hardwood and cast iron, with a screw-down press in a drio bowl. It has a large two-handles lever screw to press the wooden 'cheeses' firmly down to extract every last drop of joice from fruit. It bears a cast iron Gregoire label.
