A very attractive swing balance pendulum toy or sky-hook in the form of a horse pulling a woman in a carriage. It is made of iron with a pendulum balanced on an iron base. When rocked the woman's arms move so she pulls the reins, and the horse's head and tail move. It is quite mesmeric to watch. The top part is handpainted. This is a fantastic decorative piece.
